United States Seventh Circuit

MENASHA CORP. v. NEWS AM. MKTG. IN-STORE, INC., 03-1302

At-shelf coupon dispensers, attached to store shelves next to the product to which the coupons pertain, are not an economic market distinct from newspaper coupons, stuck-to-the-product-box coupons, end caps, etc. Thus defendant's exclusive contracts with retailers do not violate federal antitrust laws.
