US v. COLVIN, 00-3400

A conviction under 18 U.S.C. section 844(h)(1), which punishes the use of fire in the commission of "any felony," can be sustained when the predicate offense is a violation of 42 U.S.C. section 3631, which is a felony if fire is used.
