HILL v. POTTER, 02-1900

District court properly dismissed plaintiff's suit against his employer, ruling that his claims under the Postal Career Executive Service and the Executive and Administrative Schedule were barred by res judicata. Plaintiff forfeited any challenge with regard to the ruling that his retaliation claim failed on the merits.
