BETHEA v. ROBERT J. ADAMS & ASSOC., 03-1303

Bankruptcy Code Section 329, which deals directly with attorney's compensation, does not supersede section 727, the discharge provision. Since attorney fees are not among the debts excepted from discharge by section 523, debts to the attorney defendants were discharged.
