HEFT v. MOORE, 02-4110

In a civil rights action, judgment to the defendants is affirmed where plaintiff failed to provide evidence that the police harmed her property or planted evidence, and where a directed verdict was properly granted given that plaintiff offered no evidence to support her claim that defendant injured her back.
