The Board of Immigration Appeals' affirmation of the Immigration Judge's denial of plaintiff's asylum application, petition for withholding of removal, and request for relief under the Convention Against Torture Act, is reversed where the IJ's adverse credibility determinations were not based on substantial evidence.
