LUELLEN v. CITY OF E. CHICAGO, 02-3188

Summary judgment to defendants on section 1983 claims is affirmed where the search of plaintiff's car did not violate the Fourth Amendment, loss of on-call pay was not a cognizable property right for purposes of due process, and plaintiff failed to meet his burden with respect to his First Amendment claim.
