MORFIN v. CITY OF E. CHICAGO, 02-3113

In a section 1983 action, summary judgment to defendants is affirmed in part and reversed where genuine issues of material fact exist as to whether the officers had probable cause to arrest plaintiff for interfering with law enforcement, disorderly conduct, and obstruction of justice.
