COLLINS v. HAMILTON, 02-3935
In a class action suit alleging violations of the Medicaid Act, summary judgmemt to plaintiff is affirmed where a PRTF qualifies as an inpatient psychiatric hospital and defendant is required to fund the cost of placement in a PRTF if it is deemed "medically necessary" by an EPSDT screening.
