United States Seventh Circuit

TANGO MUSIC, LLC v. DEADQUICK MUSIC, INC., 02-4396

Dismissal of plaintiff's fraud suit for failure to prosecute is affirmed, where the fact that plaintiff's lawyer was depressed was not a good excuse, because as a business firm, plaintiff has to take responsibility for the actions of its agents, including the lawyers whom it hires.
