In a case involving the arbitrability of subsidiary coverage in a liability insurance policy, the district court's finding that the subsidiary had standing to arbitrate under the policy is affirmed where the subsidiary was the equivalent of the "named insured" and the wrongful acts occurred prior to the sale of the subsidiary.
