US v. SANDOVAL, 03-1004

Defendant's conviction for kidnapping and carrying a firearm during and in relation to a violent crime is affirmed where 1) the prosecutor's remarks did not constitute prosecutorial misconduct, 2) the district court did not plainly err in its use of an interpreter under the Court Interpreter's Act, 3) the indictment was sufficient as a matter of law, and 4)venue was proper.
