OCHANA v. FLORES, 02-2227

In a section 1983 action against police officers alleging a violation of Fourth Amendment rights, the district court's decision in favor of the officers is affirmed where, 1) there was probable cause to search the vehicle for drugs, 2) the obstruction of traffic charge gave probable cause to arrest, and 3) evidentiary errors made by the district court were harmless.
