TERRY v. RICHARDSON, 02-1883

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action brought against a Dept. of Children and Family Serv. investigator, the district court's denial of defendant's motions for judgment as a matter of law and a new trial are reversed where, as a noncustodial parent, neither plaintiffs procedural or substantive due process rights were violated.
