GALDIKAS v. FAGAN, 02-2210

The district court's dismissal and judgment in favor of defendants in a section 1983 action brought by graduate students against university officials in their individual capacities, alleging due process, First Amendment, conspiracy, retaliation, and state law violations, is affirmed. State law violations dismissed without prejudice.
