United States Seventh Circuit
US v. BENNETT, 02-3176
Denial of a motion to withdraw a guilty plea was not an abuse of discretion where evidence showed that the plea was voluntary, and did not suggest that defendant's mental condition prevented him from exercising good judgment. No Fed. R. Crim. P. 11 colloquy violation occurred.
