US v. OJOMO, 02-2216

In appeals from mail fraud convictions, 1) evidence of other fraudulent identifiers was properly classified as relevant to a scheme to defraud under Fed. R. Evid. 403, 2) consideration of uncharged frauds as related conduct for sentencing purposes was not clearly erroneous, and 3) Apprendi was not implicated in a sentence increase.
