US v. FASSNACHT, 02-3059, 02-3060

Where the indictment for tax evasion provided sufficient notice of the conduct for which defendants were being charged and the government presented sufficient evidence at trial for a jury to have found the defendants guilty of obstruction of justice, 18 U.S.C. section 1503, the obstruction convictions are affirmed.
