Under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, 15 U.S.C. section 1692e, it was error for the district court to treat as determinative a debt collector's lack of knowledge of plaintiff's bankruptcy, and to rule that section 1692f requires knowledge of the bankruptcy.
