United States Seventh Circuit

US v. PRICE, 02-2569

Police officers had reasonable suspicion to stop defendant where they saw a gun on his person, and any police error in a "show up" identification did not affect the outcome of an armed robbery conviction. The felon-in-possession statute is not unconstitutional.
