A sheriff's deputy was responding to an emergency under the Illinois Local Governmental and Governmental Employees Tort Immunity Act, but a reasonable jury could find that his conduct was willful and wanton for purposes of protection from alleged negligence, where his vehicle collided with a citizen's car.
