YOUNG v. JAMES GREEN MGMT., INC., 02-2381

In a Title VII action alleging termination on account of race, 1) a letter of resignation was not admissible under Fed. R. Evid. 801(d)(2)(D), 2) refusal to admit EEOC determinations of discrimination was not an abuse of discretion, and 3) counsel's eliciting of information regarding convictions was proper.
