United States Seventh Circuit

IN RE VLASEK, 02-2062

A bankruptcy court's decision to deny a motion seeking dismissal of a bankruptcy petition will not be treated as final for purposes of an appeal as of right under 28 U.S.C. section 158(a). Appeal seeking to overturn property sales is moot where petitioner did not seek to stay orders approving sales of estate assets.
