United States Seventh Circuit

US v. HOLM, 02-1389

18 U.S.C. section 2252's prohibition on child pornography is not constitutionally overbroad, but a condition of supervised release that is intended to be a total ban on defendant's Internet use imposes a greater restriction than necessary.
