US v. KHILCHENKO, 01-4202/3

Convictions for "collection of extensions of credit by extortionate means," under 18 U.S.C. section 894, are affirmed where a jury could find that a debt or claim existed, and evidence at trial was not at variance with the indictment. Constitutional arguments to section 894 are rejected.
