US v. BASS, 02-2442

18 U.S.C. section 922(g)(1) prohibiting possession of a firearm by a felon, is constitutional under the Commerce Clause. The district court's balancing of the credibility of a police officer and defendant in denying a motion to suppress a firearm is affirmed.
