United States Seventh Circuit

US v. EMMETT, 01-3887

Defendant's probation officer did not violate his Fourth Amendment rights by aiding police in a photo identification process, and where reasonable bank tellers would fear for their lives, a "threat of death" increase under U.S.S.G. section 2B3.1(b)(2)(F) was proper.
