US v. BITTERMAN, 02-2128

A bank robbery conviction is affirmed where 1) testimony surrounding a gun was properly excluded as "collateral", 2) admission of defendant's past heroin use was not plain error, and 3) a supplemental jury instruction did not place undue influence on that instruction.
