A felon in possession of a firearm conviction is affirmed, as 1) an initial encounter between car occupants and a police officer was consensual, 2) reasonable suspicion existed for an investigatory stop, and 3) jury instruction that momentary possession was sufficient to convict was not an abuse of discretion.
