CALHOUN v. DETELLA, 98-2894
In a prisoner's claim of an Eighth Amendment violation through a deliberately harassing strip search, 42 U.S.C. section 1997e(e) does not preclude claims for nominal or punitive damages for Eighth Amendment violations involving no physical injury.
