An indictment count charging conspiracy to make and to pass counterfeit currency was not duplicitous. U.S.S.G. section 2B5.1(b)(2), a sentence enhancement for bills not obviously counterfeit, can apply to defendants who produce bills with ink jet printers and photocopying.
