WHITE v. CITY OF MARKHAM, 01-2034

Defendants were entitled to qualified immunity to 42 U.S.C. section 1983 and state law claims, where at the time a police officer directed plaintiff to leave a house, even if an unreasonable seizure occurred, the alleged acts were not clearly established to constitute a constitutional violation.
