United States Seventh Circuit
TAYLOR v. GILKEY, 02-3344
A habeas petitioner was not entitled to proceed under 28 U.S.C. section 2241, because a claim of error in addressing the sort of constitutional theory that has long been appropriate for collateral review does not render 28 U.S.C. section 2255 relief "inadequate or ineffective."
