NLRB v. ORLAND PARK MOTOR CARS, 01-2894

NLRB order, directing employer to enter into good faith bargaining with union, enforced because its analysis adequately identified and discussed the unfair labor practices committed by defendant-employer, demonstrated that the effect of these unlawful practices undermined the potential for a fair election, and balanced the relevant interests.
