United States Seventh Circuit
MACK v. GREAT DANE TRAILERS, 01-2467/2531
An employee's ADA claim was not actionable where a jury could not reasonably find that an employer regarded claimant as substantially limited in any major life activity. Retaliatory discharge claim under Indiana law fails where no inference could be made that claimant was discharged for filing for workers' compensation.
