United States Seventh Circuit

US v. MABROOK, 02-1433

Mail and wire fraud convictions are affirmed where court's allowing a witness to assert the Fifth Amendment privilege, and denial of a motion to continue the trial, did not deny defendant a fair trial. Sentence enhancement for abuse of a position of trust was proper.
