MARTIN v. SHAWANO-GRESHAM SCH. DIST., 01-3193

A 42 U.S.C. section 1983 suit against a school district, by parents of a student who committed suicide after being suspended, was not actionable where the suspension was procedurally correct, and the school did not create or increase a known risk to the student by suspending her.
