In a contract for photocopy equipment and services, where conflict as to cancellation terms existed between preprinted and typewritten portions of the contract, the typewritten language prevailed under Missouri law, and extrinsic evidence was not admissible to create a right of first refusal that did not exist on the fact of the contract.
