United States Seventh Circuit
SCH. DIST. OF WISCONSIN DELLS v. Z.S., 01-3720
A district judge may have inappropriately made an independent determination, that a school district did not violate the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act in dealing with a student with symptoms characteristic of autism, in reviewing an Administrative Law Judge's decision, but such error was harmless where school officials' decisions were clearly not unreasonable.
