United States Seventh Circuit

US v. THOMAS, 01-3759

In an appeal from conviction and sentence for drug offenses, 1) a foundation for the admission and authenticity of an incriminating tape was established, 2) acquittal on a gun possession charge did not preclude sentence enhancement based on that conduct, and 3) flight from officers justified a reckless endangerment enhancement.
