United States Seventh Circuit

US v. GUTIERREZ-HERRERA, 01-3660

Court did not err in attributing to appellant more than two kilograms of cocaine as relevant conduct under U.S.S.G. section 1B1.3(a)(1)(A), without resorting to the "reasonable foreseeability" analysis of section 1B1.3(a)(1)(B); sentencing entrapment did not occur where appellant demonstrated willingness and predisposition.
