Dismissal of claims against prison officials, for failure to protect prisoner from assaults by other inmates, was proper where appellant failed to exhaust administrative remedies under the Prison Litigation Reform Act, even where only money damages were sought, and appellant was no longer a "prisoner" at time of appeal.
