Appeals of conviction denied where 1) prosecutor's use of peremptory challenges to strike three African-American women was race-neutral, 2) court correctly refused to admit evidence that a witness had declined to take a voice stress test based on prejudice, and 3) government's failure to turn over a firearms trace report was immaterial where it contained no material favorable to appellant.
