Because Indiana's choice-of-law rule selects the 50 states and multiple territories where tire and vehicle buyers live, and not the place of the sellers' headquarters, millions of potential claims for risk of tire failure would need to be adjudicated under the law of countless jurisdictions, and a single, or even several, nationwide classes are not manageable.
