Where a disciplinary committee concluded that plaintiff prisoner had attempted to smuggle two pieces of jewelry into the prison, because he did not previously raise the lack of a concrete reason given by the committee for its determination, he failed to exhaust his state remedies, and denial of habeas petition affirmed.
