United States Seventh Circuit

US v. BARONIA, 01-3251

Enhancement of sentence after plea of guilty to counterfeiting was proper under U.S.S.G. section 2B5.1(b)(2) after the court determined that bills produced by appellant were not obvious forgeries; arguments that appellant was not a large-scale producer, and that counterfeiting method was unsophisticated, did not mitigate against enhancement.
