Park district investigating plaintiff's alleged misconduct did not violate her Fifth Amendment rights in terminating her after notice and opportunity for a hearing, in part for failure to cooperate in investigation, nor was there a due process violation in district's publicly releasing information which affected plaintiff's employability.
