United States Seventh Circuit

FISCHER v. US, 98-1803

Because the petitioner failed to challenge the lack of jury unanimity on his conviction under 21 U.S.C. section 848, the "drug kingpin" statute, in his habeas petition before the district court, he could not raise the claim on appeal; denial of defendant's habeas petition affirmed.
