District court was reasonable in regarding affidavits submitted to support expert's testimony as experts' reports, rather than merely attestations showing expert was competent to report the results of exercises undertaken by affiants, and, where there was no justification for not previously disclosing the affiants' opinions on key scientific issues, district court did not abuse its discretion in striking affidavits under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 37(c)(1), and summary judgment was proper.
