United States Seventh Circuit
STEIN v. ASHCROFT, 00-4326
While plaintiff's impairment may preclude her from performing an aspect of her job, she has the ability to perform numerous other job's tasks, and she presented no support for the theory that her physical impairment precludes her from working in a broad class of jobs; thus, plaintiff failed to demonstrate she was "disabled" within the meaning of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
